Liberty Arts Theatre IN A BOX Theatre Performance of the story of Dr Jane Goodall
Children's Activity
Tuesday, 23 August 2022

As a young woman, Jane Goodall ventured into the forests of Tanzania to observe chimpanzees in the wild. Her ground-breaking observations challenged theories and changed what was understood about chimpanzees. Her pioneering work has also inspired a generation of women scientists. Come along and find out more about this adventurous scientist and the animals she observed for over 60 years.
This is an interactive 30-minute story performance through drama, puppetry, music and simple science experiments. Each show will be followed by a 30-minute craft session for children to create their own stick puppets from the story.
All children must be registered onto the Gadgeteers Summer Reading Challenge.
